Saya cuba nak buat sistem untuk computer services. Masalahnya, saya tak ade info camne nak fix kan harga untuk setiap service.
Saya ade bahagikan services melibatkan
i)software
contoh::Installation of manufacturer restore disk
Virus clean-up (Hard drive removal and scan with our equipment
Computer Registry Clean-up
Anti-virus installation and full scan
Spyware Removal
Anti-Spyware software installation
System Tune-up (removal of hidden start-up items and malicious services such as Adware)
Data Recovery/Back-up Services
Hard Drive Imaging
Complete Installation of operating system and hardware drivers (without manufacturer CD's)
Software application installation
Advanced Software configuration Services
i) hardware
Contoh::repair hardware (tasks yang lain??)
Nak mintak tolong sape2 yang terlibat dalam bisnes computer sales and services, bantu bagi info camne nak fix kan harga ni.

hmm bagi aku baik ko buat mcm ni
utk install windows baru..ni contohla
1. clean install -RM40
2. reinstall - RM10
utk hardware plak
1. kalau tak rosak - RM?
2. kalau rosak - harga ganti + service = RM? |

| hmm ejoe..maksud dia ni..dia nak wat sistem..lepas tu harga tu dia nak fix boleh..tapi kena ada ruang utk user letak harga tu secara fix..bukan dalam coding.. |

dlm setiap pakej tu ader la tugas2 dia

sistem ni digunakan oleh staff yang bekerja untuk service komputer customer tu, karang diorang tak confius ke klu saya gunakan sistem pakej ni? Maksudnye, saya sendiri x confirm, pakej basic maintainance tu merangkumi ape..
Saya tertanya2, camne ye kedai repair komputer tu fix kan harga service diorang? ade schedule/guideline pape ke? |

coz harga berubah2 ikut keadaan
sepatutnya admin bleh ubah harga tuk setiap job tu |

::Sebagai guideline kepada staff utk charge customer.
::Untuk rekod services income bg admin. (nnt admin boleh view monthly services xtvt and how much they earn for services)
Cadangnye, fix kan harga utk setiap pakej tp staff boleh add "other fee/charge" mengikut keadaan. ok ke? |

perkataan fix yg membuatkan aku confius..
sepatutnya admin yg akan letak harga untuk setiap servis
so admin bleh ubah ikut perkembangan semasa cthnya bulan ni harga format maybe rm50, bulan depan maybe dah turun rm40 so admin bleh ubah ikut kesesuaian
user just pilih jenis servis yg customer nak n secara auto harga akan terpapar. maybe dia bleh masukkan diskaun dll |

tetapkan(fix) harga tu tugas admin. admin yang akan draw the guideline fee for each services.
user (staff) yang akan select the services. harga yang akan dikenakan kpd customer based pada fee guideline td.
masalahnye:: how to draw the fee guideline?Guideline fee cadangnye nak buat camni,(mcm contoh wanmad) dgn each services have their own charge.

| standard caj tu ko letak je ape2..user yg gunakan ni (admin) akan set..so ko tak perlu risau. 1 lg jenis servis tu pon biar admin bleh tambah sendiri |

oo..maksudnye, xyah draw the fee guideline?
Ni final year project saya, my supervisor the one who actually demand the fee guideline.
Boleh je nak assume certain charge for each services tapi biarlah logik dan sebab ni lah saya nak tanye (need some sort of simple fee guideline to be aware of).  |
