I done anything 2 improve my english... i got frenzz from foreign country from chat, n my x-bf too help 2 teach me n support me much to stress on the important 2 improve and achieve my english....till today what i can conclude here, is i still in the learning stage... gladly i can make it ... b'4 i though i can't do it n make it at all..... actually i don't know when i've started learning formally.
but since primary school i do like english bcos..heheh...cannot tell u lah...

but one of the essay writer named Abraham Sung make me impressed. I found "him" exactly in my standard six. he is so amazing in describing a place, people and feeling thru his words.like i am in the real situation he made.

time replacing time, i kept reading his journals and books and i have the influence of his style...i mean the style of his writing...
he captured me so much..he is my forever inspiration...Razz

Well for me, I started my english......real late.

I don't even bother to speak english in my early years of schooling. I dont speak in the primary nor the secondary. With an 8 result in my MCE [those days!, no wonder I've include a "pokcik" ID here!] I braved myself working part-time waiter at the Hilton Hotel.

Juz for 5 months, I've mastered 6 languages; English(100%), German(45%), Japanese(15%), French(12%), Spanish(3%) & Italian(8%).

Don't know why, the 'jest' in conversing in english suddenly 'bit' me. Maybe because I get to 'keep' the tips given by guests at the hotel... but anyway thanks to Mr. Peter [part-time waiter Captain] for pushing me[Us] in conversing english through-out my session at the hotel. English is a must in the hotel in order to get more tips!

Then I got a permanent job in an Insurance company where all the expat speaks english.

Then, tragic came........ when I get into ITM [those day... nowaday =UiTM] .. my english blundered. Most of the student [engineering] don't really speak correct english... rather manglish....

Anyway... through books and articles on programmings... accelerates my english again.
After all, I don't speak BM during 'mingle' time on the golf course...
Smile at the coffee-breaks in the pantry we discuss in english.....

funny...... I don't speak english with my kids... no wonder they speak javanese....[juz a joke! Mr. Green ]

For me, there's lots of books in english. Most of the programming books is in english. I can't speak BM with my Bangla cum Hackers from India. I have to speak english.
