Salam,
Nak tanye jenis2 waranti untuk pc. Setahu saya, ada 3 jenis yang basic; Labor, part, dan onsite.
Boleh terangkan lebih lanjut? Setiap jenis waranti tu akan cover camne..apakah perbezaannye? |

labor tu dia just tanggung service.cth mobo ko rosak..ko just bayar utk mobo tu je..service charge x yah bayar..
parts plak warranty tu tanggung parts yg problem..cth mobo ko rosak dia ganti mobo free tp ko kena bayar service charge..
onsite plak dia dtg tempat ko dtg amik segala benda yg rosak ..kirenya ko x yah ah susah2 pegi service center dia..
ni yg aku phm la..klu salah sila btulkan.. |

macam aku nyer problem aritu...
dvd write aku rosak, mobo pun rosak, dan hdd sekali. mungkin ada shock dgn pc aku... tapi takde lak tanda2 shock.. warranti masih ada...

apa yang aku buat ialah aku gi antar kedai dvd writer dulu.. pastu mobo n last hdd. satu2 takut kedai tu perasan....

setelah 3-4 minggu aku dapat balik ketiga2 hardware aku...

apa yg aku boleh simpulkan ialah kena pandai2 la cakap kat kedai tu.... alasan bia logik... |
